Having Maresca as our real estate agent was the best thing we could have asked for in the process of purchasing our first home! She is very diligent in responding to any and all questions during the whole process. Every time I asked about seeing a property, she tried & succeeded in getting us in there as soon as possible. I really appreciated all of her help along the way. No matter what time i contacted her she was always there to respond. We probably saw over 10 houses on long island and put in a few offers until we found our dream home in Commack ! Maresca helped us everyway possible to make sure we were 100% happy with our choice and in the home of our dreams! I asked Maresca to help me sell my home and buy a future home after she helped my son to buy his first home. Maresca was very patient and answered all my many questions. I knew what I wanted in my head and she was able to help me find it without pressuring me. She always responded very quickly to all my texts and calls. There were many offers on my house, some very high over the asking. She didn't sway me to take the higher offers even though it meant a bigger commission for her. She explained why those offers were not right for me and that made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. She made it very easy for me to sell and buy at the same time, which I thought was going to be a nightmare.
